The Law Firm VIKY PAPA LLC is looking for a specialized Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to handle all legal matters and projects, to ensure the legality of Commercial transactions and work closely with and advise its closed associate, a reputable Service Provider Company, on a range of Corporate and Commercial matters.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Law
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- 3 - 5 years of Corporate and Commercial law experience
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages
The successful candidate must be competent to deal, inter alia, with the following:
- Incorporation of Cy Companies
- Voluntary liquidation of Cy Companies
- Corporate Restructuring
- Re-domiciliation
- Daily administration of companies
- Review and/or drafting of various agreements, such as Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Pledge Agreements, etc
- Real Estate and Property law matters
- Employment Agreements
- Legal Opinions
