Exness, a leading foreign exchange broker in the financial services field is looking to recruit an Internal Legal Advisor to join our legal team in Limassol, Cyprus. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a highly professional and challenging working environment.
Duties &Responsibilities:
Dealing with Intellectual Property and Data Protection issues at an international level.
Managing domain related issues.
Administration of the corporate Group structure, including incorporation, liquidation and on-going corporate matters for all entities in different jurisdictions.
Preparation of all application forms of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and coordination of similar jobs for foreign jurisdiction companies of the Group.
Drafting and review on various types of documentation.
Drafting corporate and other documents, such as minutes, resolutions, agreements, powers of attorney, registers, letters.
Ensuring maintenance of corporate files and registers.
Liaise and work with external parties both in Cyprus and abroad (regulators, external advisors, partners, bankers).
Participating in various projects of the company by exploring the legal aspects and or implications.
Qualifications and experience required:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a legal role relating to the corporate services industry and/or the financial services industry.
Holder of University degree in Law (LLB).
Member of the ‘Cyprus Bar Association’ or any equivalent qualification from an EU member state.
Master’s degree in Law (LLM) will be considered as very competitive advantage
Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
