Lawyer – Litigation Division - Nicosia
The candidates should have the following qualifications and experience:
Requirements:
- At least 6-7 years of post-qualification experience in Banking, Corporate and Commercial Law
- UK law degree would be preferred
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek, both written and verbal
· Knowledge of any other language will be considered an advantage
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to take initiatives, work under minimum direction and take responsibility for own actions
· Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge on any Company administration software will be considered an advantage
- Strong client relationship skills
- Dynamic with pleasant personality
- Career and service oriented mentality
Job responsibilities:
· Lead a team
· Consult with clients
· Conduct court hearings
· Draft briefs and other legal documents
· Supervise junior lawyers and paralegals
· Ensure compliance with AML legislation and carry out due diligence
· Provide assistance to Directors/Partners on general management issues of the firm
Remuneration:
Salary will be according to qualifications and experience.
