Senior Legal Advisor
Requirements
- University degree in Law
- At least 4 years work experience
- Working knowledge of CYSEC, FCA, IFSC, MIFID and/or Central Bank of Cyprus legal & Regulatory framework will be considered as an advantage
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Active & initiative candidate;
- Ready to multitask in a fast-paced and challenging environment;
- Ready to work in multinational company (strong team player, ready to share the knowledge and learn from others);
- Interest in international projects and communications with global ;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong personality & managerial skills (managing and coordination of projects);

Responsibilities & Duties
- Legal assistance in all international business projects (corporate law, labor law, data protection, marketing agreements etc);
- Establishing and supporting of business relations with and through local & international consulting firms;
- Researching, advising and establishing of new legal structures & models globally (new corporate companies in different regions e.g. Asia, Europe, Latin America etc; analyses and implementations of different work schemes providing legal confidence in the operating region) depends on company needs;
- Active involvement in Company strategy realization;
- Preparing and/or reviewing of legal agreements of the business, including terms of business with clients ( basic understanding on industry professional field will be required);
- Active involvement in negotiations with partners and rollout of contracts & projects;
- Advising and supporting on legal matters related to safeguard business interests and assets (including intellectual property rights);
- Designing and maintaining a scalable and flexible legal structure, able to accommodate the developing business requirements, that span multiple continents and regions;
- Representing the business in possible dispute resolution that may arise;
- Regular analysis on Company potential gaps in current and upcoming legislation changes;
- Timely managing and coordinating of various routine tasks;
- Constant internal and external communications regarding Company Legal matters;
- Keeping legal documentations and files in structured order (be ready for Internal and External Audit);
- Creation and support of Company’s policies and procedures.
