The Limassol office of Chrysses Demetriades & Co. LLC is looking for a Russian speaking corporate administrator to join their team.
Job Description
- Responsible for the general corporate administration function of Cyprus entities, including but not limited to corporate secretarial duties such as preparation of resolutions, minutes, PoAs, secretarial certificates etc.
- Attending to the opening of bank accounts i.e. completion and reviewing of application forms and liaising with the Banks and the clients for this purpose.
- Assisting with KYC collection and update of companies’ KYC files in accordance with the local regulations and internal policies.
- Liaising with the Registrar of Companies and filing all relevant forms and requests.
- Attending meetings with clients in order to assist with translation and perform translation of various documents from/to the Russian language.
- Communicating with clients via email and phone, taking messages and handling (inward/outward) correspondence.
- Filing (both electronically and in hard copies) of various documents.
- General Administrative duties.
Required skills
- University or College Degree/Diploma.
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and English languages (both spoken and written). Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage.
- Fast learner, motivated and with excellent organizational skills.
- Computer literate (word, excel, outlook).
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage.
