We are looking to attract an enthusiastic and hardworking qualified lawyer with over 4 years post qualified experience with ambition to develop his/her career by joining our SNC Family Law Team in our Nicosia office.
The role will be focused around handling cases related to matrimonial issues such as divorce, alimony, estate separation, adoption, guardianship and high value divorce and finance proceedings. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a good knowledge of the court procedures and the law along with strong client management skills. Additionally, the successful candidate is expected to have high standard of verbal skills both in Greek and English and the ability to analyse and evaluate the disputed circumstances – together with proficient IT skills.
This opportunity involves tasks such as drafting pleadings and witness statements, attending court, instructing experts, negotiating and resolving issues, all within providing an exceptional level of service to our clients.
