We are seeking to recruit a Litigation Lawyer for our firm based in Nicosia. The successful candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:
- 5 years of post-qualification experience
- LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a UK University
- Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC)
- Graduate of one of the Inn of the Court:
- Honourable Society of the Inner Temple,
- The Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn,
- The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple
- Graduate of one of the Inn of the Court:
- Specialised in Advocacy and Litigation
- Fluent knowledge of English and Greek, both written and oral.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct Court Hearings;
- Supporting and assisting lawyers of the Firm on their everyday court appearances and/or preparation of the cases;
- Drafting of letters, pleadings and legal opinions;
- Research of case law and statutes of Cyprus, UK and EU legislation;
- Research and advice on various legal matters;
- Liaising with Clients
Remuneration and Benefits:
€5.000 Gross Profit per month
