Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Secretary for full time employment to join our team at the firm’s Nicosia office.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing and organizing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.

2. Handling correspondence, including drafting letters, emails, and other documents.

3. Coordinating and preparing materials for meetings.

4. Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.

5. Managing internal and external communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail.

6. Providing general administrative support to the legal team.

7. Conducting clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.


1. Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in a secretarial role or similar administrative position.

2. Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.

3. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

4. Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.

5. High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.

6. Excellent interpersonal skills.

7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

8. Previous experience in a legal environment and knowledge of “Zygos” legal software or other similar databases will be considered an advantage.
