On behalf of our client Elena Hajiroussou LLC, we are seeking to recruit a Legal Advisor. The successful candidate will be expected to work at the Head Office in Nicosia, Cyprus and carry out legal advisory work.
Qualifications:
UK Law graduate
Cyprus Advocate License would be preferable
Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years post qualification work experience in Corporate law
Previous experience in fiduciary services will be considered and advantage
Strong management skills and good experience in handling of client relationships
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure
High proficiency in both spoken and written English
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, negotiate and administer legal and transactional documentations
Review new business relationships with vendors and subcontractors
Analyze legal issues relating to proposed products
Ensure compliance with AML legislation and carry out client due diligence
Advise on corporate and/or commercial matters
Provide legal advice and support on legal issues
Analyze and identify legal risks and implications. Devise creative and practical legal solutions to meet business objectives
Incorporation of companies in various jurisdictions
Handle client due diligence structures
