ANNOUNCEMENT
Following a decision of the CBA Board of Directors, taken at the meeting on 8 December 2025 and pursuant to the authority vested in it under Article 12(5) of Regulation 171/2018, it is hereby announced that:
As of 1 January 2026, following the registration of an Application under Type A with the CBA Dispute Resolution Committee, the competent Department shall notify the Applicant of the bank account details to which the relevant fee of €100 must be paid.
The registration of the Application shall be deemed valid only upon submission of proof of payment.
Subsequently, the Applicant shall be informed of the case number, as well as of any other relevant procedural matters.
