Job description:
Main duties and responsibilities
The successful candidate must be willing to perform a combination of general administration duties as well as legal assistance and corporate administration.
- Meet and greet incoming office visitors
- Screen all incoming calls and transfer calls or take messages accordingly
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
- Assisting lawyers in Litigation, Filing Documents with the Courts
- Liaising with clients, associates, various governmental authorities and other third parties
- Company formation and registration
- Day to day administration of companies
- Preparation, review and execution of various secretarial service / documents of the companies including minutes, resolutions, instruments of transfer, share certificates, incumbency certificates, power of Attorney
- Preparing Directors’ Minutes/Shareholders’ resolutions and arranging legalization of documents
- Completing applications and forms for the Registrar of Companies
- Opening of bank accounts
- Preparation and execution of the documents of company strike offs
- Effecting changes on the structure of companies and preparing all supporting documents
- Review of various corporate agreements and arranging for execution by the Directors of the companies
- Preparation of immigration applications
- Liaising with client and auditors to provide necessary information
- File maintenance / archiving
- Perform any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Candidate profile:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience as a corporate administrator or legal assistant from a corporate services company or law firm
- Holder of a legal degree or related field will be considered an advantage
- Must have proven experience with string administration skills
- Fluent Greek and English - spoken / written / reading
- Must be proactive, a string multitasked and willing to assist with any ad hoc responsibilities
- Very good interpersonal and time management skills
- Professional and trust worthy individual
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
