Antis Triantafyllides & Sons LLC is looking to recruit a qualified lawyer in the corporate department of the firm with the following qualifications:
- Minimum 5-years of legal experience in all areas of corporate law including, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents as well as corporate and commercial agreements on behalf of clients.
- Conducting legal research.
- Be in direct communication and providing advice to clients.
- Qualified Lawyer - member of the Cyprus Bar.
- Fluent in the English Language.
