The person who will be working with us will gain great exposure within the fields of: Finance PSP/EMI, Regulatory Authorities, Corporate Law, Contract Law
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and provide guidance on applicable laws and global regulatory compliance that impact the Group’s current and potential businesses
- Prepare appropriate legal documents required
- Represent company when needed in legal meetings
- Review service agreements, intercompany agreements and other relevant documentation
- Review financial and service agreements for PSP, EMI and financial services.
- Communicating with other departments of the Company and/or affiliates and/or associates of the Company in relation to corporate affairs of the Company
- Good awareness of the requirements and able to apply relevant judgment
- Assisting with the preparation of bank forms;
Job Requirements:
Mandatory requirements
- Must have at around 4 years’ experience as a lawyer in software, Fin-tech, banking, E-money (EMI), PSP and similar fields.
- Speak and write fluently and professionallyin English
- Bachelor's degree in Law
