Responsibilities:

 

  • Greeting and welcoming clients
  • Answering and making phone calls/emails
  • General administrative duties including filing, typing letters and organising.
  • Maintaining proper records with a correct allocation of expenses on a daily basis.
  • Managing creditors' and debtors' balances, invoices, receipts and payments into the accounting software.
  • Keeping the clients informed (via telephone/email) regarding their Invoices due.
  • Any other office tasks that may be arise.

 

 

Qualifications Requirements:

 

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek.
  • Computer literate, knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel).
  • 1-2 years of working experience in similar position.
  • Ability to multi-task, self-manage their workload and work under pressure.
  • Experience in Law firm will be considered as an advantage.
