Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming clients
- Answering and making phone calls/emails
- General administrative duties including filing, typing letters and organising.
- Maintaining proper records with a correct allocation of expenses on a daily basis.
- Managing creditors' and debtors' balances, invoices, receipts and payments into the accounting software.
- Keeping the clients informed (via telephone/email) regarding their Invoices due.
- Any other office tasks that may be arise.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent command of English and Greek.
- Computer literate, knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel).
- 1-2 years of working experience in similar position.
- Ability to multi-task, self-manage their workload and work under pressure.
- Experience in Law firm will be considered as an advantage.
