The law firm Andreas P. Siapanis & Associates LLC in Nicosia is growing and looking for a motivated and dynamic Litigation Lawyer to join their team.
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Handling of Litigation proceedings (appearing in court, preparation of pleadings and preparation of hearings and handling of hearings etc.)
- Drafting of legal opinions and ability to advice clients regarding legal matters
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements and documentation across a wide spectrum including commercial agreements, sale and lease agreements etc.;
- Communication with clients on a daily basis and dealing with their everyday needs
- To appear in other authorities for all client-related matters and coordinate with the authorities for various cases
- Ad Hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Holder of a Masters/ Bachelor Degree in Law
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- At least four years post-qualification working experience
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered an advantage)
- Good computer skills, Microsoft Office & Internet
- Professional personal presentation with a customer service orientation and enthusiastic team player
- Highly organized individual with ambition who is willing to meet deadlines, take initiative and multitask
