The law firm O. PAPADIMITRI LLC seeks to recruit an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join the office based in Limassol.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing agreements and any other documents, including corporate resolutions, powers of attorney etc.
- Preparing legal due diligence and compliance reports
- Incorporation of Cypriot and foreign companies
- Other related issues
Key Skills / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- At least two (2) years of professional experience in the corporate department of a law firm
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (Russian language will be considered as an advantage)
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work well under strict deadlines and pressure
