ERAKLIS N. KYRIAKIDES LLC is interested to recruit a litigation lawyer on a permanent basis, to work from its offices in Nicosia.
Qualifications required and additional advantages.
- University Law Degree (an LPC, BAR or LLM shall be considered an additional advantage).
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- Excellent oral and written command of Greek and English language.
- Substantial hands-on experience (ideally 3+ years) of independent handling of litigation proceedings (preparation of pleadings, preparation for hearings and handling of hearings)
- Competency & experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial agreements.
- Independence, strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Driving license and vehicle.
Key Accountabilities of the Role
- Conduct all pre-investigatory assessment work & prepare documentation required to file cases.
- Independently handle civil and commercial court and arbitration cases in all stages.
- Mediate dispute resolution cases
- Structure, draft, review and negotiate commercial agreement
