Our firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator, to join our Corporate Department in our Limassol office. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in corporate administration for a portfolio of clients and a knowledge of carrying out due diligence and KYC procedure for clients.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Drafting various types of agreements and contracts.
  • Assistance in undertaking the incorporation of companies in Cyprus and abroad.
  • Preparation and submission of forms to the Registrar of Companies on behalf of clients.
  • Preparation of various corporate documents, such as M&AAs, Minutes of the Board of Directors, Resolutions, Power of Attorneys etc.
  • Liaise with local authorities, accountants and lawyers.
  • Undertaking the opening/operating/closing of bank accounts with local and foreign banks.
  • Assisting with certification, apostille and legalization of documents.
  • Daily ongoing corporate administration matters.
  • Keep records, enter and maintain client information into databases. (Quorum system)
  • Oversee file management from opening through completion.
  • Assisting with legal, administrative and document management support.
  • Administration of the Group structure, including incorporation of companies, liquidation and ongoing legal matters for all entities in various jurisdictions.
  • Providing guidance on commercial, corporate law and regulatory matters and performing legal research for these matters.
  • Managing relationships and coordinating advice from third party professionals, including administrators and legal counsels.
  • Preparation and submission of forms to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
  • Liaising with the Registrar of Companies and other governmental bodies in Cyprus as applicable.
  • Compliance/ KYC procedures (knowledge).
  • Undertaking any, other duties related to the above or required due to the company’s activity nature.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Hold a University Degree in Law and/or Secretarial/Corporate administration/Business Administration studies (from an English or Cyprus University), ideally completed by an LL.M in a corporate and/or financial law.
  • Strong practical knowledge of the Department of Registrar of Companies in Cyprus
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Member of the Cyprus Bar Association will be considered as an advantage.
  • Experience of 5+ years as a Corporate Administrator in a Corporate / Law firm and/or in-house.
  • Fluent Greek and English (speaking and writing). 
  • Knowledge of Quorum program is required. 

 

 

RENUMERATION

 

An attractive package including 13th salary will be offered to the successful candidate according to experience and qualifications.
