A Secretary / Personal Assistant is wanted for immediate employment for our established Law Firm in Larnaca. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the team of legal professionals with a variety of administrative tasks.
Duties
- Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls;
- General office administration:
- Administering emails and other correspondence
- Taking notes, typewriting and preparing reports
- Scanning documents and filing
- Organizing meetings and appointments
- Making travel arrangements
Key skills required:
- Very good knowledge of English and Greek languages both verbal and written. Other languages will be an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office/email.
- Organisational, administration and time management skills are essential.
- Previous experience using the Zygos electronic legal portal is desirable but not mandatory.
- Availability for immediate employment.
- Ability to multitask.
- Discretion and trustworthiness.
- Previous experience working in a similar role within a Law Firm will be considered an advantage.
