Y. Vasiliou & Co LLC is looking to recruit a trainee lawyer for their office which is located in Larnaca. This is a great opportunity for a Trainee Lawyer to work in a professional environment.
Duties:
- Legal research
- Drafting of legal documents and legal opinions
- Attending Courts for appearances (civil court, criminal court and administrative court)
- Assisting the firm’s lawyers
- Attending meeting with clients
Requirements:
- Holder of a Bachelor degree in Law (LLB)
- M. (Master of Laws) or Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) or Legal Practice Course (LPC) will be considered an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Excellent knowledge and use of computers
- Team player
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Confidentiality, integrity and professionalism

The Trainee Lawyers positions are subject to the terms of the subsidy for Trainee Advocates program offered by Cyprus Bar Association.
Upon successful completion of the compulsory 1-year training, the candidate may be considered for the position of a Junior Lawyer.
