Requirements
(1) 3-5 post-qualification experience in Cyprus in the following areas:
- corporate finance
- mergers & acquisitions (cross-border and domestic)
- commercial transactions
- corporate governance
- renewable energy
- regulatory matters
(2) strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
(3) fluent command of English and Greek, verbal and written is required
(4) complete digital literacy
(5) strong interpersonal and communication skills
(6) proven background in dealing with international clients
Qualifications
- Member of Cyprus Bar Association
- LPC or BPTC holders will be considered to have an advantage
