Due to our rapid growth, we are hiring an experienced Lawyer to join our HQ in Cyprus. 

Job description:

• Drafting and reviewing various types of legal documents and agreements mainly of commercial nature (Marketing/IO/License Agreements/ PSP/Framework) and corporate agreements (Share Purchasing/NDA/Service Agreements/Loan);
•  Be familiar with intellectual property laws and able to advice on intellectual property rights including trademarks and copyrights;
• Conduct legal research on various topics and liaise with outsourced providers and/or associates in order to acquire relevant information;
• Handle contract negotiation processes for various business transactions with partners and providers;
•  Provide expert and strategic legal advice to management and internal stakeholders, evaluate and weigh multiple inputs and impacts of any decision or course of action;
• Able to review and advise on data protection/privacy agreements;

Requirements:

• Holder of a Law degree, preferable from a common law jurisdiction;
• Minimum of 5 years of post qualification experience, with relevant experience in commercial law preferable in an in-house position;
• Familiar with Data Protection/Privacy legislation;
• Excellent command of English written and verbal;
• Outstanding organisational and team working skills;
• Ability to prioritise and manage several activities simultaneously;
• High sense of professionalism, able to work on his/her/their own initiative and coordinate with colleagues.
