We are a Law Firm based in Nicosia, with an extensive network of professionals internationally. We provide legal services to corporate clients and high net-worth individuals in Cyprus and abroad. We are looking to fill the following position:
Lawyer – Litigation Division - Nicosia
The candidates should have the following qualifications and experience:
Requirements:
- University Degree in Law
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association with experience in litigation of at least 3 years
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of any other language will be considered an advantage
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to take initiatives, work under minimum direction and take responsibility for own actions
- Strong team orientation, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge on any Company administration software will be considered an advantage.

Job responsibilities:
- Conduct court hearings
- Handling cases and appearances before the District Courts and Supreme Court
- Drafting of pleadings, letters, contracts, and other legal documents
- Research of case law and statutes of Cyprus, UK, and EU legislation
- Research and advice on various legal matters
- Lead a team
- Consult with clients
- Supervise junior lawyers and paralegals
- Ensure compliance with AML legislation and carry out due diligence
- Provide assistance to Directors/Partners on general management issues of the firm
Remuneration:
Salary will be according to qualifications and experience.
