TATIANA ACHILLEOS LLC is Cyprus law firm that looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure that its operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintenance of Compliance procedures
2. Reporting with Chief Compliance officer and management
3. Collecting and maintaining due diligence documents, ensure compliance with AML
5. Conducts regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant with the law.
6. Organization of training of staff
7. Preparation of educational material for in-house seminar for employees
8. Developing and implementing an effective legal compliance program
9. Draft and revise company policies
10. Communication with clients, Authorities
11. Drafting legal documents
12. Reviewing and commenting on transaction and/or legal documents from Cyprus law perspective.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Holding of License of Cyprus Bar Association
• At least 2-year experience is required.
• Knowledge of Greek and English languages, written and verbal. Russian language will be considered as a major advantage.
• Computer literacy and good command of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong attention to details skills
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Team player, positive attitude, and approachable personality
