THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking to recruit two qualified lawyers to join our teams in our Larnaca and Limassol office respectively in the position of Junior Associate or Associate.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Advising on commercial and corporate law matters.

· Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and concluding corporate and commercial agreements/documents.

· Dealing with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and often with a cross border element.

· Advising on matters of company laws, corporate governance, commercial/corporate/shareholder agreements and related advisory services.

· Preparing opinions on corporate matters and undertaking research.

· Assisting with compliance matters.

· Maintaining and keeping up to date corporate files and statutory records of companies.

REQUIREMENTS

· Law Degree from Greece or the UK.

· Lawyer qualification from the Cyprus Bar Association.

· At least 3 years post qualification experience (including traineeship).

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and excellent computer literacy.

· Strong team orientation, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

· Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage multiple deadlines in a busy and demanding work environment.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
