About the Role:
As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for the corporate tasks of the company, including researching and analyzing legal issues, preparing legal documents, drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing legal advice and guidance to business units.

Responsibilities:
- Creates drafts of different commercial agreements
- Preparing/ drafting resolutions, minutes, and other documents for all the BOD/ shareholders of the Group
- Responsible for drafting, and implementing amendments and addendums of existing agreements with 3rd party providers, banks, and regulators
- Providing legal advice and support for all internal departments including the Human Resources department and Labor law-related issues
- Stay up-to-date on legal developments and new laws and regulations that may impact our business
- Responsible for incorporation of Group companies
Requirements:
- Law degree from a recognized university
- Proven 2-3 years of experience as Legal Counsel or similar position
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus and International corporate laws and regulations
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written); any other language will be considered as an advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Good problem-solving skills
- Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information
