The Commonwealth Lawyers Association is hosting a webinar event on 14th July at 4.30 pm London /6.30 pm Cyprus.
Speakers to the event will be the former Attorney General of Jamaica, Marlene Malahoo Forte QC MP, Sir Dennis Byron a former President of the Caribbean Court of Justice, and Richard Clayton QC to the panel. The discussion will centre on “Savings clauses”, the death penalty and constitutional rights - the implications of the Privy Council decision in Chandler.
