Y. Vasiliou & Co LLC, is seeking to recruit a Litigation Lawyer to join their team with previous work experience of a minimum 5 years.
Responsibilities:
- Appearing before the Cyprus Courts, with emphasis on dealing with Civil and Commercial cases;
- Experienced in dealing with the full spectrum of Court hearings;
- Drafting of Litigation court documents and legal opinions;
- Providing professional legal advice to clients;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Master’s Degree will be considered an advantage;
- Member of Cyprus Bar Association;
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation;
- Experience in drafting pleadings and other legal documents;
- Experience in Court hearings and legal documents that are related to Civil and Commercial Law and Litigation;
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using Microsoft office;
- Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken;
- Integrity and professional ethics, business acumen;
- Attention to detail.
