THE OPPORTUNITY

 

We are currently seeking to recruit a motivated and responsible graduate for the position of HR Officer to join our firm atour offices in Nicosia or Larnaca.

 

Candidates must submit their applications by COB March 22, 2022.

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The successful candidate shall be a member of our HR team. We are looking for an HR Officer to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. His/her role shall be to act as the liaison between HR managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. The successful applicant shall also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes, and relevant documents.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Assist in recruiting, training and developing staff.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and advertisements.
  • Support with the Company’s performance appraisal process.
  • Communicate with public or other services when necessary.
  • Coordinate with the Labour Ministry and HRDA for subsidies.
  • Assist employees with queries on HR Procedures and Policies.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Assist with other HR projects.

 

ABOUT YOU

 

You will need the following:

  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources or related field.
  • Previous experience in similar position will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, responsibility and professionalism.
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy and demanding work environment.
  • Strong team orientation, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
