Your role at Exness:
Our Legal department is growing and we are currently looking for an experienced lawyer in corporate law to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus. The ideal candidate will be drafting and reviewing documents and advising on corporate law, commercial and other matters.
You will:
- Adviseon corporate law, commercial law, data protection and business matter;
- Prepareand/or review of corporate and commercial documents, including agreements, minutes/resolutions, statutory documents and powers of attorneys;
- Ensurecompliance with statutory requirements of various jurisdictions of Exness’ companies;
- Draftinternal legal opinions / memos and adviseon corporate, commercial and contract law issues and review vendor relationships;
- Be responsible for the incorporation and maintenance of Exness’ companies in various jurisdictions;
- Liaisewith external lawyers, agents and service providers;
- Research, anticipate and guard against legal risks;
- Other ad-hoc request as requested from time to time;
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum 5 years legal experience working in a law firm or other relevant experience;
- Holder of at least a University degree in Law (LLB);
- Experience in handling corporate law, commercial law matters and data protection matters;
- Strong project and process management skills;
- A thorough approach to work and attention to details;A commercial mindset;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English and Greek, Russian will be considered an advantage;
- Experience in the financial services industry would be an advantage;
