We are seeking to recruit a Graduate for the position of Paralegal & Corporate Administrator to join our expanding team.

 Job Description

  • Liaising with, preparing and filing applications with the Registrar of Companies in Cyprus.
  • Ensuring compliance with AML/KYC requirements and reporting obligations.
  • Liaising with, preparing and filing applications with the Civil Registry and Migration Department.
  • Addressing client enquiries.
  • Performing any other compliance-related tasks that may be assigned.
  • Ensuring efficient running of the office from an administrative side.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Knowledge of Arabic or Russian will be considered an advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of Google Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently, to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
  • High professional standards and work ethic.
  • Self-motivated with interest in continuing education and professional development.
