We are seeking to recruit a Graduate for the position of Paralegal & Corporate Administrator to join our expanding team.
Job Description
- Liaising with, preparing and filing applications with the Registrar of Companies in Cyprus.
- Ensuring compliance with AML/KYC requirements and reporting obligations.
- Liaising with, preparing and filing applications with the Civil Registry and Migration Department.
- Addressing client enquiries.
- Performing any other compliance-related tasks that may be assigned.
- Ensuring efficient running of the office from an administrative side.
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
- Knowledge of Arabic or Russian will be considered an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of Google Office suite.
- Ability to work independently, to learn and adapt.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
- High professional standards and work ethic.
- Self-motivated with interest in continuing education and professional development.
