Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- Must have minimum 5 years’ experience as a lawyer in software development companies and/or financial technology companies and/or payment institutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
General requirements:
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively within a complex global group with a globally distributed team and a fast-paced business environment.
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including management of workload and proactive and creative thinking
- Analytical skills
- Knowledge of Russian language shall be considered as a plus.
Duties:
- Monitor and provide guidance on applicable laws and global regulatory compliance that impact the Group’s current and potential businesses
- Prepare appropriate legal documents required
- Represent company when needed in legal meetings
- Review service agreements, intercompany agreements and other relevant documentation
- Review financial and service agreements for PSP, EMI and financial services.
- Communicating with other departments of the Company and/or affiliates and/or associates of the Company in relation to corporate affairs of the Company
- Good awareness of the requirements and able to apply relevant judgment
- Assisting with the preparation of bank forms;
