The law office of KEANE VGENOPOULOU & ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking to hire a lawyer for its Limassol office.
Requirements
- LLB & LLM degree with minimum upper second-class honors from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience preferably in corporate law
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- Competency & experience in drafting and reviewing a wide variety of legal documents
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek
- Competent computer skills
- Highly organized individual, able to meet tight deadlines, multi-task and work within a team in a challenging work environment.
Duties
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of legal documents
- Providing legal advice to international and Cyprus clients on EU and Cyprus law matters
- Provision of legal opinions on corporate matters and corporate transactions
- Legal due diligence
- Legal research
- Assistance with set up of corporate structures and licensing issues.
