We are looking for a disciplined colleague to join the team as a corporate lawyer.
The main duties of the successful candidate will be:
- Drafting and vetting of contracts, deeds and other legal documents,
- Provision of legal opinions on corporate/commercial/trust matters and corporate transactions
- Provision of corporate and commercial law services to clients
- Legal due diligence
- Trusts
- Mergers
- Company law petitions in Court
- Immigration matters
Requirements:
- Law degree from an English University or the University of Cyprus
- Master in Laws (LL.M.)
[An LPC or BAR shall be considered an advantage]
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- At least 2 years experience in corporate law
- Excellent Knowledge of English and Greek
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
[Experience in Zygos system shall be considered an advantage].
Remuneration
Attractive salary, plus 13th salary, annual fees of Bar Association coverage and participation to our Firm’s Pension Scheme.
