ERAKLIS N. KYRIAKIDES LLC is interested to recruit a corporate lawyer on a permanent basis, to work from our offices in Nicosia.
Qualifications required:
- University Law Degree (an LPC or LLM in Corporate / Company / Commercial Law shall be considered an additional advantage).
- 1+ years of post-qualification experience as a corporate lawyer in a law firm and/or in-house.
- Good Knowledge of Cyprus Company Law CAP 113
- Excellent oral and written command of Greek and English language.
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Duties:
- Drafting and reviewing of corporate and commercial agreements, Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&AA), BoD and Shareholder Resolutions, PoAs,
- Legal due diligence,
- Cross-border transactions,
- Provision of legal opinions on corporate / trust matters and corporate transactions.
- Assistance with set up of corporate structures and licensing issues
- Migration visa applications and procedures (BFU, PRP, Visitors Permits)
