Vasiliou Law is looking to recruit a Real Estate Lawyer to join our offices in Larnaca. The job offering is for full time employment, starting date as soon as possible.
The successful applicant will play a key role assisting mostly with the day-to-day operations of the Real Estate Department including the drafting and reviewing of sale/purchase and lease agreements and other related legal work thereof.
You must have experience from 3 years as a Real Estate Lawyer. English fluency and moderate Greek language knowledge are essential.

Job description
- Drafting and negotiation of real estate transactions (acquisition and sale of real estate).
- Drafting and negotiation of tenancy agreements, build and lease agreements.
- Searches and filings with Land Registry.
- Liaise with the Land Registry and prepare and support with all tasks relating to the Land Registry.
- Draft and review agreements of different kinds related to real estate transactions.
- Maintain the legal files of the Company in an accurate and orderly manner.
- Legal due diligence on real estate property.
- Deal with any other general matters relating to the clients’ affairs as may be required from time to time.
- Comply with KYC requirements and keep records in the database.
Candidate profile
- From 3 years working experience as a Real Estate Lawyer.
- Law Degree is required. A License from the Cyprus Bar Association will be considered as an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Moderate knowledge of Greek is required. Fluency in Greek will be considered as an advantage.
- Knowledge of real estate transactions and related procedures.
- Legal writing and contracts drafting skills.
- Highly energetic, an agreeable personality and a team player.
- Attention to detail and outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
