The Cyprus Fiduciary Association (www.cfa.org.cy) is organising two (2) independent half-day seminars (4 hours) titled “The Duties & Liabilities of Trustees”.

The objective of the seminar is to provide an in-depth analysis of all matters relating to the role of Trustees and their responsibilities and liabilities under the relevant Cyprus Trust Legislation with particular emphasis on the provisions of the Cyprus International Trust Law. By the end of the seminar participants will have the opportunity to review a more practical aspect of the matter through the examination of the current legal framework and case law, outline trends relating to the role, liabilities and protection of trustees and be presented real case study scenarios.
