You will be working alongside our esteemed team of skilled and driven lawyers where you will collaboratively be handling a diverse international clientele providing advice on projects related to property & immigration. 

What you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting in all  real-estate, citizenship & immigration activities of the firm, facilitating the  corporate & commercial department with client projects,  while collaborating with all departments of the firm.
  • Representing clients before developers and property owners and/or agents;
  • Collaborating with agents in facilitating property purchase and/or sale or rent agreements on behalf of clients;
  • Preparing property portfolios and proposals and remote presentations for clients based out of Cyprus;
  • Advising clients on different visa types, work permits etc., and on relative regulations in carrying out immigration applications and procedures;
  • Communicating with government authorities (Inland Revenue, Social Insurance, Press and Information Office, Migration, Immigration, Land registry and other body) and other offices, for the collection and administration of documents to carry out successful applications related to employment visa, residence permits ;
  • Supervising the property management activities of the firm maintaining a strong relationship with VIP clientele ;
  • Professional representation of the firm carrying out all tasks effectively and efficiently for the best interest of the clients;
  • Reviewing company website in relation to Immigration and Real estate services, making sure it is coinciding with current affairs;
  • Timely and accurate reporting to Management of activities;
  • Ad hoc tasks related to your department.

What we are looking for:

  • BBA or LLB Degree ;
  • Fluency in both Greek and English Business Language ;
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic;
  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience, working as paralegal or corporate administrator,  handling applications with Cyprus Civil Registry and Immigration, Land Registry and Tax Authorities.
  • Strong Time management skills and get things done attitude;
  • Business development skills,  and management of meetings with clients/associates and agents;
  • Be a constructive problem-fixer with strong initiative and good negotiation skills; 
  • Be rapidly involved in knowledge sharing and personal development;
  • Take an active part in growth-related activities of the firm
  • Actively participate in team building activities and events.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Work Hours:Monday to Thursday 08:00 -17:00 and Friday 08:00-14:30.
