MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate administration
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Be familiar with all Companies Registrar procedures
  • Be knowledgeable of AML legislation and requirements
  • Be skillful in drafting corporate documents

 

The corporate administrator is expected to assist with all aspects of the administration on a range of entities across various corporate structures and provide operational guidance and support to corporate advocates.
