You will be working alongside our esteemed team of skilled and driven lawyers where you will collaboratively be handling a diverse international clientele providing advice on projects related to property, employment & immigration. Supporting in all real-estate, citizenship & immigration activities of the firm, facilitating the corporate & commercial department with client projects, while collaborating with all departments of the firm.
What you will be responsible for:
- You will be responsible for all legal work that surrounds the immigration services that involves immigration law, employment law, property law. You will be drafting, reviewing contracts, and providing legal advice on the relative areas. You will attend court where and when necessary.
- Advising clients on different visa types, work permits etc., and on relative regulations in carrying out immigration applications and procedures, employment law and property law , answering enquiries and providing quotations.
- Communicating with government authorities (Inland Revenue, Social Insurance, Press and Information Office, Migration, Immigration, Land registry and other body) and other offices, for the collection and administration of documents to carry out successful applications related to employment visa and residence permits.
- Reviewing company website in relation to Immigration, Relocation, Employment and Real estate services, making sure it is coinciding with current affairs.Collaborating with marketing team on making sure the department’s webpage is up to date and coincides with current affairs. Drafting articles and newsletters related to your services.
- Collaborating with all departments and in facilitating thecorporate &commercial client projects; providing advice and quotations on immigration procedures, participating in client meetings together with colleagues.
- Professionalrepresentationofthefirmcarryingoutalltasks effectivelyand efficiently forthebest interestofthe client; collaborating with agents in facilitating property purchase and/or sale or rent agreements on behalf of clients. Representing clients before developers and property owners and/or agents to assist with private and/or business relocation and related to immigration applications, representing clients before insurance agents for the issuance and/or re issuance of certificates for purposes of visa applications. Assisting VIP clients with property management activities.
- Timely and accurate reporting in company CRM, to your team leader and management .
What you will have:
- BBA or LLB Degree.
- Fluency in both Greek and English Business Language.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in similar position.
- Solid experience in handling applications with Cyprus Civil Registry and Immigration, Land Registry and Tax Authorities is a must.
- Strong Time management skills and get things done attitude.
- Business development skills, and management of meetings with clients/associates and agents.
- Be a constructive problem-fixer with strong initiative and good negotiation skills.
- Be rapidly involved in knowledge sharing and personal development.
- Take an active part in growth-related activities of the firm
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Work Hours:Monday to Thursday 08:00 -17:00 and Friday 08:00-14:30.
