Job Opportunity – Corporate Lawyer

We are looking for a high calibre, career driven individual to join our firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law Department.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and reviewing corporate and commercial agreements, handling complex corporate transactions, reorganisations and restructurings, providing legal advice and handling of legal issues pertaining to firm’s clients.
• Knowledge of the Cyprus Regulatory and Financial Services Legal Framework.
• Knowledge of the Cyprus Tax Legal Framework.

Required Skills & Experience

• Qualified Cyprus lawyer.
• Possession of the Advanced CySEC Certificate will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a corporate law environment.
