A Personal Assistant is wanted for immediate employment at an established Law Firm in Nicosia.
Duties
- Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls;
- General PA duties: administering the Managing Partner’s emails and other correspondence; taking notes, typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence, scanning documents, diary management, organizing meetings and appointments; filing and submitting forms on internet, travel arrangements.
- Corporate administration;
- Handling the office’ Ebos database system for entries on clients’ pages/files.
Key skills required:
- Typing, Word processing, excellent knowledge of MS Office/email /internet; efficient research skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek languages. Other languages will be an advantage.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask; discretion and trustworthiness.
