A Personal Assistant is wanted for immediate employment at an established Law Firm in Nicosia.

Duties

  1. Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls;
  2. General PA duties: administering the Managing Partner’s emails and other correspondence; taking notes, typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence, scanning documents, diary management, organizing meetings and appointments; filing and submitting forms on internet, travel arrangements.
  3. Corporate administration;
  4. Handling the office’ Ebos database system for entries on clients’ pages/files.

Key skills required:

  1. Typing, Word processing, excellent knowledge of MS Office/email /internet; efficient research skills;
  2. Excellent knowledge of English and Greek languages. Other languages will be an advantage.
  3. Organizational skills and the ability to multitask; discretion and trustworthiness.
