N. PAPAGEORGIOU LLC is seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Legal due diligence,
- Cross-border transactions,
- Review of Commercial agreements,
- Structuring, drafting / reviewing / negotiation of legal documents,
- Provision of legal opinions
- Legal Research
- Assistance with set up of corporate structures and licensing issues
- Experience with drafting board minutes / board governance issues
Requirements:
- Law Degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft and Outlook.
- Organisational and communication skills, fluency of speech. Integrity of character, confidentiality.
- 2 years previous experience in a law firm or other professional services
- Ability/experience to coordinate directly with clients, receive instructions with supervision
