Our law firm Christophi & Associates LLC is looking for applicants to fulfil the position of Office Manager/Administrator.

Main duties:

  • Handle practice management/accounting software.
  • Administer and handle office activities.
  • Assist lawyers with daily tasks.
  • Manage client’s activities.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills And Experience:

  • Secondary school leaving certificate / Secretarial studies / office management.
  • At least three years experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek & English language (spoken & written)
  • Computer literate (MS Office suite and ability to learn software tools and applications used by the company).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Working hours 8.00-17.00 Monday to Thursday with 1 hour break, 8.00-13.00 Friday.
