Vasiliou Law is looking to recruit a Lawyer to join our offices in Larnaca. The job offering is for full time employment, starting date as soon as possible.
The successful applicant will play a key role focusing on drafting, reviewing and negotiating of agreements relating to various departments such as the Real Estate, Corporate and Litigation Department.
You must have experience for at least 2 years as a Lawyer with similar duties. English and Greek fluency are essential.

Job description
· Drafting, reviewing and negotiating of various agreements relating to real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and intellectual property and other corporate matters.
· Providing advice on compliance matters and general governance.
· Legal due diligence relating to different areas.
· Maintaining the legal files of the Company in an accurate and orderly manner.
· Dealing with any other general matters relating to the clients’ affairs as may be required from time to time.
· Complying with KYC requirements and keep records in the database.
Candidate profile
· At least 2 years working experience as a Lawyer with similar duties.
· Law Degree is required. A License from the Cyprus Bar Association will be considered as an advantage.
· Fluency in English and Greek is required.
· Negotiation and drafting skills to provide watertight contracts and agreements.
· Analytical skills understanding the needs of (business) clients and be able to analyze and identify areas that could cause legal problems and offering sound solutions for identified problems.
· Excellent legal research skills, to find legal information that offers the best legal protection for clients from being sued or the best defense if legal issues are faced.
· Communication skills being able to listen to concerns and being able to address these concerns.
· Highly energetic, a pleasant personality and team player.
· Attention to detail and outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
