Office Manager [Full-Time or Part-Time, On-Site]
We are seeking to recruit an Office Manager to join our growing team.
Job Description
· Organizing and Establishing Office Operations.
· Providing on-going support to the senior members of the firm.
· Liaising with and assisting the firm’s marketing team.
· Maintaining an updated filing system.
· Addressing client enquiries.
· Making payments, managing office supplies, liaising with the firm’s accounting team.
· Ensuring efficient running of the office.
Required Skills & Experience
· University Degree from a reputable institution in a relevant field.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google suite.
· Ability to work independently, to learn and adapt.
· Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
· High professional standards and work ethic.
· Reliability and Discretion, Initiative, Organizational Skills.
