Vasiliou Law is looking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join our offices in Larnaca. The job offering is for full time employment, starting date as soon as possible.

The successful applicant will play a key role assisting with the day-to-day operations of the corporate department handling all administrative aspects using the Firms software for corporate administration ensuring that all clients records remain up to date and in line with the Firms record keeping procedures.

You must hold a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Corporate Administrator. English fluency and moderate Greek language experience are essential.

Job description

 

  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the corporate department.
  • Administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and organizing.
  • Preparing new client files and registration of client records in the Firms software system (Zygos) and other databases.
  • Maintaining registers of the company as required under the provisions of the Companies Law and updating records of clients.
  • Assistance with the preparation of registration documents.
  • Ensuring that all the necessary changes that need to be made with the Registrar of Companies are made on time, and that all Certificates are updated and kept in file.
  • Processing of documents such as board resolutions, agreements, power of attorney, and MAA.
  • Updating and maintaining corporate documents and certificates.
  • Assisting and liaising with Authorities (including Registrar of companies, Tax, VAT department etc).
  • Deal with any other general matters relating to the clients’ affairs as may be required from time to time.
  • Comply with KYC requirements and keep records in the database.

Candidate profile

  • 1+ year of experience in the Corporate Services Sector as a Corporate Administrator is a must.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Moderate knowledge of Greek is required. Fluency in Greek will be considered as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Registrar of Companies procedures.
  • Knowledge of Zygos software is considered as an advantage.
  • Highly energetic, an agreeable personality and a team player.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
