Pelecanos & Pelecanou Law firm is looking to employ a Litigation Lawyer. The job vacancy is for full time employment with immediate start.
The successful applicant will be a part of a team of Lawyers in the Firm’s Litigation Department and will play a key role in all aspects of the criminal and civil cases handled by the firm.
Qualifications Required:
· Qualified lawyer and Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
· A minimum experience of at least 2 years.
· Holder of at least an LLB Degree from a recognised academic institution.
· Fluency in English and Greek both written and oral.
· Excellent legal research skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Excellent computing skills.
· Attention to detail and outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job description
· Preparing and handling Criminal and Civil cases.
· Appearing before the Courts of all Districts.
· Drafting written Submissions/mitigations/applications/opinions/pleadings.
· Reviewing legal documents.
· Dealing with any other general matters relating to the clients’ matters as may be required from time to time.
