JUNIOR LITIGATOR

N. Rotsides & Co. L.L.C., a duly licensed Lawyers’ Limited Liability Company is seeking to recruit a highly qualified professional.

We work with clients who've been injured or treated unlawfully by others with the sole purpose of providing justice and fair compensation through our Court system. We provide our lawyers specific training to ensure they are well equipped to take our clients through the process of preparation, negotiation, and litigation all the way to compensation. Position:

• Junior Litigator (Nicosia)

Duties:

• Prepare and present personal injury cases (road traffic accidents, accidents at work, medical negligence) before district courts.

• Form case strategies and carry out negotiations with insurance companies / opposing counsel.

• Prepare and file pleadings, summations, interim applications before all District Courts.

• Identify and implement improvements to our system for client services delivery, execution of litigation / negotiation work, and provide suggestions to the Management of the Firm.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Meet yearly targets and KPI’s for revenue and work execution.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures and agreed operational and control processes.

• Provide monthly reports to the Management.

Profile / Requirements of the Ideal Candidate

• This is a demanding position geared towards a career-oriented individual with strong work ethic.

• Should be a Registered Advocate (we also take candidates that are currently pupils and will obtain their licence to practice in 2024)

• LLB minimum grade 2.1 from a British University or equivalent.

• Barrister Vocational Course completion will be an advantage.

• Excellent use of Microsoft Office word, excel, outlook.

• Excellent communication / organizational and planning skills.

• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language.

• Customer friendly outlook.

• Able to meet deadlines.
